Elton Lalaj works primarily with businesses organised primarily as Partnerships, Limited Liability Companies and S-Corporations providing tax consulting and compliance services.

With over 20 years’ experience in public accounting, he has
focused on tax advisory services related to the hospitality, real estate, and entertainment industry.

He consults on projects such as structuring partnership agreements and determining the tax consequences of varying exit strategies. Elton conducts tax research and analysis as it pertains to entity formation, on various tax matters to ensure appropriate treatment of complicated issues.

When not serving clients, Elton likes to spend time with his family, managing a football team, swimming, and playing the guitar.
